Hi Andy, Next thing to try is to run Myriad in Studio 2 in Debug Mode and have a look at the debug logs to see what the last thing it's doing is - this will hopefully point us in the right direction. Make a copy of the Myriad icon on your desktop and edit the properties of the new one to add /DEBUG to the end of the line that shows the .exe name - if you have quotes on the exe then put the /debug after the quotes - i.e. .....\Myriad3.exe" /DEBUG When you next run Myriad it will create a c:\DebugFiles folder and will write into this folder a set of files describing what it's up to. Once Myriad fails, check that folder, sort by Last modified and look at the very bottom of the very last file - if you can cut and paste the last few lines here we can hopefully help you work out whats going on Once you've finished with Debug, make sure you delete that icon as it can cause Myriad to run slowly so it's not something you want to leave around for people to accidentally use!
