OCP seems to have stopped posting to our social media when in the log,
I note that sometimes it posts a manual post, but not always....

Anyone else having this issue too ?

v4.23 OCP

Hi Paul,
any error message displayed on the OCP output when it has passed the log item?
Have any of the details changed in your Social media Accounts (usernames / passwords)?

no error messages appear on OCP and we have changed nothing, If you drag and drop the scheduled social post down the log it posts......

It certainly does on Twitter, I never look at Facebook so can't be sure its going there !

We will monitor this...and keep you updated !

Hi Paul,

Twitter had some login issues for apps over the Christmas break which they have now resolved - are yours working ok again now?

Yes, Twitter seems to be working now ;-)
Its just Facebook, it doesn't send it there....
Maybe that will fix itself too ?

Update: Some of our social posts that are in the log as a social txt file post to twitter, some don't....
none of them post to facebook.
however if we do a manual post it always goes to twitter.

I am going to delete and redo the social posts in the clocks to see if that fixes it.
no idea why facebook doesn't work.....I prefer Twitter anyway !

I will keep you updated;-)

I had a similar issue a while back but managed to fix this by logging in to Facebook on the PC that has OCP installed.  Once I logged in and out of Facebook the OCP messages started to flow.  I did mention this whilst testing OCP.  I've not had any further issues as we do post only Facebook using .TXT files using the social entry in our clocks.  Saying that I did have to allow OCP through the firewall where it was installed but I don't post to Facebook and Twitter at the same time using a .TXT file.  This info may help?

Hi Shane, I have just done this, logged into facebook on the audio server, sent a social post from Myriad and it appeared on Twitter but not Facebook.

We will keep trying things out !

Just had this happen today with Facebook posting from our Log.  A window was displayed asking for Facebook credentials, once entered it started to work again.
