Unable to voice track

Forum Sage Group: Forum Members Posts: 3, Visits: 26	Hi All, We have an issue with two of our presenters being unable to voice track on their login. All other presenters have no issues. I have checked each presenters permisions and settings against the other presenters settings. Everything looks to be the same. Am I missing something simple?
