Hi All,
We have an issue with two of our presenters being unable to voice track on their login.
All other presenters have no issues. I have checked each presenters permisions and settings against the other presenters settings.
Everything looks to be the same. Am I missing something simple?
Using Myriad Playout v4

Hi Andy, Get the RVT person to check that they are not running antivirus if they are they need to allow RVT or if there firewall is not blocking it.

Hi John,
Thanks for your suggestion.
Not sure if I explained clearly enough in the OP. Our problem does not involve RVT, but Voice tracking done in house in studios 2 and 3.
The strange thing is, both of these presenters were able to voice track previously without any issues, no settings or permissions have been changed.

Any other suggestions gratfully received. :-)

Hi Andy,

check to see if they belone to a user security group - or if the permissions have been put on each individual user.

If it's a security group, they could explain why both of them have been affected.

Failing that, try creating a new user, replicate their settings and then see if they can then login and use those new accounts.

You are correct, on the settings tab `Use the Security Permissions set for this Security Group` was checked!
99% sure I compared these settings with other presenters and all looked ok!
