Hi Paul,
that would appear to be a message about writing information back to a table in the database, so check to see if anything is interrupting the network traffic. Have you added a new machine recently? Is everything on the same network? Office and studios? Try to put the playout stuff on a separate network and a pc with 2 network cards which can act as the bridge between two networks. That way you'll still be able to run AutoTrack and Advert Manager on an office machine, and keep the playout traffic as robust as possible.
