Hi,

We are getting a 'There was a problem renaming the file: \MYR02551.JPG and the error's description was reported as: "File already exists" error when moving a cart to an empty slot.

It then loses the audio.

We are currently on v4.0.24 (Build date: 16/01/2015 16:38:58)

We get this at times too and have now learnt to COPY the cart rather than move it, you don't lose the audio that way.
I have put it down to a bad cart, as usually if you try this cart again it will also fail a second time.

HI All,

I've seen this happen if a thumbnail file gets left behind in the audiowall thumbnails sub folder - if you have a look in there and see if there is an orphaned file with that name then you can just delete it.
