is there a simple way to find/print out a list of 1 specific adverts plays times ?
I have a client that would like a list of when the advert is due to be aired.

I've never looked into this before, but am sure there must be a way to save the scheduled log of adverts ??
can anyone help.?

If you go to the advert manager look to the left you can run an advert report this will list your adverts you then select date and it will bring a list up and you can print off

That only lists the current adverts, I want to look back to last month or the month before.
Also when you run an advert report and search a day and time say 21st April 00:00 it only start at 11am until 10pm ?

Maybe ad manager isnt capable of keepin a record OR are we meant to creat and advert log?
when you go to hostory log in ad manager it says it doesnt have any...
but there is a create an ad log button ?

Ok, Ive found a way of looking at the old logs, creat a cart log report,
I can now view when a cart was played and how many times etc.
BUT, I cannot copy the info inot a notepad, has anyone eve done this ??

Not a huge problem, just means an awful lot of typing if the client wishes to see a log off any cart played times etc.

The advert in question is no longer listed as an advert as its expired, when an advert expires I delete it from ad manager.
Or you end up with a huge list of adverst that are never going to be used again,
Thanks for the tip, but that would only work with a current advert.

any more ideas ?

Hi Paul,

At the top of the Play Logs Report you should see a small Disk icon with CSV on it - if you click this it will export the report to a text file that can then be imported by viewed by notepad or even opened directly in any Spreadsheet (i.e. Excel) so you can format it the way you need it

This only exports the data, well half of it into a cartpad..
I'd really like to copy it into a notepad,
I can click the save as a reconciliation file at the bottom and it saves but where too and in what format ??
