Just before Myriad is due to fire the channel, open up the Hardware manager by clicking the icon in the System Tray. Watch the tick boxes, and when myriad fires the logic you should see the tick box briefly tick and then clear. If this is happening, then Myriad believes that it is setting the logic on the card correctly. If not then it may either be a configuration thing, or an odd sequence of events in the log causing a problem inside Myriad itself. The final thing to check is that you have a flying wire connected to one of the IGND pins on the actual logic card to a screw on the case of the computer. The PCI1750s use an 'independent Ground' which isn't internally connected to the PC and we have seen some customers have intermittent problems with logic because this IGND can float at a different voltage. By tying it to the case it stops it floating and allows it to switch correctly.
