Hi. Got a strange one.

Trying to put our v3 Auto importer onto a new machine but when we start the installation we get a message saying that there is a newer version of auto importer already installed. We did have a version of v4 installed on the same machine some time ago but it was completely uninstalled.

Can anyone point us in the right direction of reinstalling v3 please and overcoming this error message of another version being installed.

Hi Mike,

you should be able to  install both v3 and v4 on the same PC
goto - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\P Squared Shared\Configuration Removal 
configurationremoval.exe
tick all of the items, and try re-installing.
