I am still being asked by clients for a print out of when their advert is scheduled to play,

Hi Paul,

Print screen should save a screenshot to your clipboard, you'll then have to open it in Paint or Word to manipulate it. Be careful if you have a dual screen as you might need to scroll over to see the item you want.



Microsoft do a "Snipping Tool" which allows you to draw a rubber band around the screen area you want to copy.

Alternatively If you know the cart number, you could use the report for showing adverts due on air soon, and then clicking on the spanner you can narrow the results to a single cart, then that report can be printed and sent to your client.

I will try this later, I did open Notepad, ut that didn't work as this is a playout machine it doesn't have word, but it should have paint as standard windows install.

notepad is a simple Text Only interface, try opening the run box and type Wordpad.

A bit better than notepad, not as good as word.

Good news - the next release of Myriad (v4.0.23 or higher) will have a very simple print feature on this tab - it's not a configurable layout and is a little simple, but it's a start! As always we'll keep reviewing and see if there is something more impressive we can do in a future release, but we thought you might like something simple sooner to get you going!
