Hi,

I noticed this week that when amending access rights for users within Autotrack, any setting does not save. In this particular example I was adding the 'edit log' capability, but after saving and returning to the window, the tick was no longer there.

I had to open Myriad Manager to change it instead.

Is this a 'feature' or a bug please?

Can you let us know the exact version of AutoTrack you're running? I have a recollection this was fixed in an update at some point

I have the same and we are using Autotrak V3.1.53, seems to work in Myriad manager ok, but doesn't save in Autotrak.
I have been editing users etc with Myriad manager for ages, its also the only way you can allow RVT users access, with manager.

I think the updates for this version are no longer being done as everyone seems to be more on V4 priorities.

Some of us may not be able to update to V4 just yet and would appreciate any slight bugs fixes in V3 if at all possible.
