Hi all - I am getting frustrated trying to schedule certain categories.

I have created new song categories such as 'Xmas' for example. I have told autotrack that the song is a Xmas song and on the audio wall I have also saved the cart as a Xmas song. I have then told particular clocks that I want it to play a number of Xmas songs within an hour.

However - once I hit schedule - it produces the log but does not put the Xmas songs in. It comes up as an unscheduled song. :-(

Does anyone happen to know what I am doing wrong?

Hi Luke,

Check in the Station Rules that you have set a search depth for that category - it may be set to 0 as it's a new category so it won't be checking "deep" into that deck.

If this doesn't solve it, can you let us know exactly which version of AutoTrack you are running - i.e. v3.1.1 etc?

EDIT - fixed it, I was very stupidly trying to schedule songs which weren't catergorised
