As a newbie I am hoping that someone can help with the following: -

We haven't been using Autotrak as we are mainly broadcasting live. However our audiowall needs cleaned up and we need need to mass delete carts and mass move carts. Given that we don't use Autotrak can this be easily achieved using the Manager? If we do need to use Autotrak can we easily import all of our carts into Autotrak? Sorry for going on and on but would we need to then do this one by one?

Thanks in advance.

Darren,

In Myriad Manager, you can mass, MOVE, COPY, DELETE, CHANGE COLOURS, UPDATE CATEGORISATION of the carts - so yes it is easy to do without Autotrack.

Have a look at Myriad Course For System Administrators on the following page on our website: http://support.psquared.net/LearningCentre/Myriad/myriad-video-tutorials.html#Administrators

Once you want to start Using AutoTrack, there is a proceedure for Importing a large amout of Cart information in the one go!

Ideally you import all the info into a category called "held" or "awaiting cats" or similar, then you can move them to their final destination categories at your own pace.
