Hi, We have a link that has the box ticked in Autotrack to be a sweeper and when it schedules into the log it does this correctly.  However, we only want the link to play one at a certain point in the show so on the clock we have entered it as a cart with the cart number. When we do this it doesn't show as a sweeper on the log and we have to manually change the type to be a sweeper.
Is there any way around this, using Autotrack Pro V4.

Hi,
In the Autotrack clock go to 'Full' and you should see a list of Green boxes on the right hand side. From memory you can click on this and change it to be yellow to act as a 'sweeper'.

You can always find out the Link ID number and then in the clock select 'link' rather than 'cart' and manually enter the Link ID number.
