Hi all

We recently purchased a 2nd hand Octa Capture sound card for our Myriad Playout. Having installed it we have a problem with the card picking up audio when all faders are down. We've configured the card tor separate players Cart 1 Channel 3/4 etc. But if we play any Cart for example with the fader down the Octa Capture is still sending a signal to the output.

Any ideas on what's wrong please? Any help greatly appreciated as always. Many thanks, Mike

Hi Mike,
did youu manage to get this solved?
Without more information on how you have the mixing desk wired, it is difficult to assist.
