Hi All, We've just updated our Operating System Support Policy with more information about Windows 10 Support. Basically, all of our current generation products are now supported under Windows 10. There are a couple of things to watch out for though: - If you are using the AXIA IP Driver you may have trouble installing it on Windows 10 - Axia have released updated versions of their drivers to their partners, so please contact whoever supplied the driver - which may of course be us!
- We've seen quite a few occasions where after carrying out a Windows 10 in-place upgrade of Windows 7 or 8 that the Microsoft SQL Server Service won't start on bootup. This can be tricky to resolve, and often involves doing a repair of the SQL installation, and in extreme situations having to do a "Reset" of Windows 10 to get a clean installation then re-installing MS SQL server and Myriad etc. - so if you have any doubts please contact us before you do it.
Please make sure you actually have a full backup before doing any major work - and upgrading your operating system is a MASSIVE change to a PC, so making sure your backups are up to date first only makes sense!
For a full breakdown please have a look at our OS Support Policy which you can find http://www.psquared.net/support/general-support/os-support/
