If you have an older Operating System (Win7 / Win 8.1), Microsoft are quite persistent in wanting you to upgrade to their "free" Windows 10. Before you press the upgrade button, please look at the following page: http://www.psquared.net/support/general-support/os-support/we are still working through the OS with a view to ratifying it in the future.
