Can anyone point me in the right direction to make a copy of our Myriad 4 sql database, so that I can copy this for another station,
I realise that I also need a full copy of the contents of the audiowall, but could do with some advice on the SQL side of it.

How big a file would this be and would it save as just 1 file or many ?

Have a look at http://sqlbackupandftp.com/

We use it to backup our SQL databases each night.  Seems to work well, free version is basic, and paid isn't to expensive.
