Hi everyone,

Just after a bit of help with this one...

I've just recently upgraded the machine running Auto-Importer and Remote Edit Server.  Those two programs ran fine for a little while.  I've now installed OCP on the machine too, and while OCP seems to be running and updating fine, the other two display an error popup: Run-time error '13': Type mismatch.

Any idea what this might be?  When I click 'OK', the programs just crash.

I'm running Windows 7 64bit with an intel core 2 6600 @ 2.4GHz and 6GB ram.

Many thanks in advance,

Pete

First thing to check are they all running the same version number?  If you mismatch versions on the same machine strange things like this can happen.

Hi Pete,

Craig is absolutely spot on with this one, also make sure that they have the same "Build Date" - in the case of Beta version we sometimes release them with the same version number.
Best way to make sure is to download them all from our website at the same time.
