Very odd! That's exactly what we would expect to see from News on Windows XP, but I can see from your start button that you're on Win7, so that shouldn't be the case! I suspect that it's a control registry issue - can you have a look in C:\Program Files\P Squared\Myriad News v4.0 and you should see a file called BulletinSpinner.dll The click start, type in "cmd" and when it appears in the search results, right click and choose "Run as Admin". When the command prompt opens, type in "REGSVR32.exe " (note the extra space at the end, then drag that bulletinspinner.dll into that prompt window and it should put the full path and filename into the box. Hit enter and you should be rewarded with a message that the component has registered correctly. Then try the Bulletin Reader again. If not, then try doing a full windows update, particularly for any .NET framework updates. If still no joy, contact support and we'll remote on and take a look. Good luck!
