Hi, If it's Windows 2008 then I would avoid it - but if it's Windows 2008R2 then you could give it a go (as this is the server equivalent of Windows 7) - however!... 1) It's windows 64 bit which isn't ideal - although Myriad will run on it, we don't recommend it and can only provide limited support 2) It's Windows Server - which we don't really support our software running on - again, it will likely run, but if you have any performance issues etc. then it's hard to pin down whether this is Myriad or the OS 3) It's a server environment - this means that you can easily end up with a situation where the OS is trying to do it's job (e.g. serving content over the network to clients) but to do this it's having to reduce the amount of time it's spending running local applications within the desktop environment. There are some tweaks you can do to change this behaviour but its a tricky thing to do and definitely beyond the scope of here, but Google will give you some good pointers. That all said, if you've got the hardware sat there, give it a go and let us know ! All end world experience (both good and bad!) is all useful for everyone running Myriad so it will be interesting to hear how you get on
