Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but I can't get SegEdit on the screen.

There is no SegEdit window on any of the screens by default. If I highlight a track in the log and click the SegEdit button it puts a big green arrow against the track and reserves 3 players but no SegEdit window appears.

Any ideas?

Further to your earlier messages about screens – are you doing somethingdifferent with your monitor setups?

 

Perhaps you should open a support ticket with our team support@psquared.net

 

You really need to Check your Myriad Settings>Myriad Settings> Station Database> Segue-Editor Options>

Hi David,

I'm not doing anything unusual with the screens. They are just two new Iiyama touchscreens connected to two separate outputs on a single graphics card. I have been swapping screens around trying to get the players on the right but apart from that, nothing unusual. Anyway, I have logged a ticket with support.
