Steve, bottom line is that product is very old, and if you have been performing your Windows Updates as you should (to keep your PC secure and happy), then there might be something in a recent update which is causing a problem with this DLL. I'm sure our team would've advised you this, but you need to get yourself up to the latest v3.x.x. product, and make sure you are fully Windows Updated, then if necessary we might need you to generate debug files that we can examine - but all this should be done thru support@psquared.net and the support ticket you already opened.
