Its possible that the station log database is corrupt in some way, i would try closing the database (on all machines) and then do a compress/repair from the emergency recovery utility then try the hour import again.

Alternatively you can send a support file (including the station log database) through to support and we will take a look.

Go to the Log menu and select Add hour to Log->Add Hour from File, this will allow you to select a file to import and the date/time to import it to.


Does not seem to be working john. I saved the logs to my documents then clicked on import logs and it just says something like processing hours but it doesnt import the hours ?

Hi

Im a new user on V3.6 and have just spent a couple of hours programming then realised I had programmed for the wrong day!!

I note I could export the hour logs which I have done but can it be imported into the day where I need it ?
