Hi,

Is there a way to either record mono files directly into Myriad, or to convert files? Our setup at the moment only gives a mono feed from the desk to the computer, so it only is recording on one of the channels (the left one) rather than both. I looked through the menus and tried a few different things the other day (but was in a bit of a rush to get the item out so couldn't do too much) including copying the channel and pasting it - that seemed to C+P the whole track rather than just the selected channels - but it didn't work. We don't record too much, so it's not hugely a problem, but it would be a useful thing to sort out if we're getting people to voicetrack stuff or for the news team to record cuts etc.

Thanks,

Richard.

Make a lead up from your mono output and fee it into the stereo input of your record. or split the single mono into 2 mono's and do it that way,
depends on your configuration and sound card etc etc
