Hi Guys,

I remotely VT a show and have done for many months now with no issues.
I use a desktop PC running Windows XP and Myriad Remote VT 3.6.2.

Earlier this week I logged in to VT a show as normal, I recorded 2 links before the system froze and I was 'booted out!'

Since then I haven't been able to log in to the stations remote server. Everytime I open up RVT and click Connect I get a 'Run-time error '-2147418105 (80010007)':

I know my settings (server / Username / Ports etc) are correct as I have been able to login using another machine, but not my main desktop PC (which I use in my studio.)

Can anybody throw any light on this situation as I am REALLY stumped!

Matt

Hi John,

I must admit I haven't tried that, I did do an install of RVT 4 though and that does the same thing!

Try repairing the Station database and the P Squared Directory database using either the Emergency Recovery Utility (Start->Programs->Myriad 3x->Tools) or Myriad Manager.
