Yes, you can create a .CSV file from Myriad Manager by double clicking on Audio Reports\(Run a custom report)

There are various options on the Audio Browser Options window to filter the results.

Once this report has run, you can use standard Ctrl / Shift and left mouse click to select the carts you are interested in.

Then click the export to CSV button, which is the fifth button from the left on the top toolbar.

You can also do this in AutoTrack 3.1 with the Search Songs and/or Search Links window (the export to CSV button is the fourth from the right on the Search Results window).  Same principle with multiple selection of items.

You can use the Mass Change facility on that same window in AutoTrack to enter a Year, or any other value, onto multiple items simultaneously.  (This is the third button from the right).  Select the items you want to change, and then enter the values that you want to change on the Mass Song/Link Changer window.  You then need to use the "Myriad Audiowall Update Utility" on the "Carts" menu to push this modified information onto the Carts**.

** Note that some information that is on AutoTrack's songs and links is not stored on the Carts.

Finally, if you want to delete multiple items simultaneously, this can be done on the same Audio Reports window within Myriad Manager as mentioned above. (Second from the right button on the top toolbar).

Hi hope someone can help please

We use V3.5 and we have a large number of duplicate tracks in audiowall. Some are not catalogued correctly (no year etc)

Is there a way to extract into say excel a listing of cart number , track name, artist etc

If this can be done then we can use excel filters to search for duplicates and delete the ones we don't need

The obvious next question is.........

Can we "update" cart details with the missing bits?

eg if a cart has no year could we bulk update such data to different catrts?

Don't ask for much!!!!!!

Any help/suggestions would be welcome

Allan
