Are there any recommendations for file security on Myriad when not running in a server environment?  As an example, if the main playout pc contains the PSquared folder with the Audiowall etc, then there is nothing stopping a malicious user from using Windows explorer to delete that whole folder if they want to.  This is regardless of any permissions in Myriad.  Apart from backing up regularly (of course!) and threatening users with reprisals if they dare do this, are there any other technical security precautions that people recommend or have used..

(System Myriad V3.6.2, Windows XP Service Pack 3)
