Hi,

 I have made them before with the glass mod that you can buy off of ebay. I took a Dell 17 inch monitor and put the glass over the top. Seemed to work fine. I think the kit is about £80 ish...

They have gone down a bit.... They also do 4.3 and 16:9 versions....

I havnt used him before. There was a guy in Ireland doing them as well. Also be aware you might get hit for import duty...
