Hello!

Is anyone else having a problem with the latest rollout of RVT which appears to lose the links you have recorded therefore it says its there but doesnt play them, furthermore it refuses to store them too

Normally it takes my presenters about 90 mins to do a show now its taking hours!

Regards

Have you made sure that the RVT 3.6.2 has been updated at both ends and your RVTer is not using the old version? we have been using it for a while and  don't have that problem

Hi John

We are running the latest rollout at both ends, I received an email from one of my presenters saying he was having this issue, its even happened to me

I did wonder if he hadnt updated his version of RVT, but we both got the same version as our C.E.O sent it to us

i would check that you have 3.6.2 at both ends first then make sure that the rvt is looking at the correct database if you can't get it to work e mail me station.manager@baytrustradio.org.uk and i will try and help you sort it out

I can confirm that as a daily user of remove voice tracking using 3.6.2 I have not had any issues like this. sounds a bit odd? maybe an issue with writing to the audio location might be a windows networking issue?
