Hi All,
There are a HUGE number of changes throughout Myriad compared with v3.5, the biggest headlines being support for the P Squared SRM Mixer as well as an almost total re-write for the Segue Editor which makes it much more powerful and easy to use - though we have found that long established users used to the slightly quirky old version do take a couple of goes to get the hang of it, but find it much easier once they've got the hang of it!.

OCP also gets the v3.6 treatment, although it doesn't get any major new features it does bring it into the v3 family making it easier for us to support as well as easier to install and setup as it has the same look and feel to the installation experience.

Despite the jump from v3.5 to v3.6, these are "in Version" upgrades, so are free to anyone running v3.0 or v3.5 of the products. You won't need to uninstall the old versions as these will install alongside them. Nor will you need any new License details.

The exception is OCP - this is the first v3.X release we've done and you will need new License details. Anyone who has purchased OCP as part of a Myriad v3 license deal is entitled to swap their existing v2 license for a v3 license and switch to OCP v3 instead.

As a cautionary note, OCP v3.6 ONLY works with Myriad (or Myriad Network) v3.5 or v3.6 and cannot be used with any prior version of Myriad or Myriad Network.

These releases have all had extensive testing both here and at several Beta sites and have been incredibly stable so we hope that you will find them very reliable.

Before you download and install these releases you should make sure you read the Update Information which can be found in the link adjacent to each download.

Finally if you need a license code to evaluate OCP or any of the other products, please contact sales@psquared.net or licenses@psquared.net and they will be able to assist.

Just a follow up note.

Myriad v3.6 can be installed alongside earlier versions of Myriad (i.e. v3.5, v3.0, v2.6 etc.) quite happily. You don't need to uninstall them while you try out v3.6. once you have made the switch though you should then uninstall the older versions to avoid any problems caused by different versions working in different ways - i.e. v3.0 not supporting mp3s/categories etc.

If you have installed any of the v3.6.1 Beta versions then you MUST uninstall ALL of these before installing v3.6.2. If you have installed both then you will most likely see 2 entries in your Add/Remove Programs. Remove both versions of any v3.6 products, then just install the v3.6.2 version.
