We have some pre-recorded shows that are all about 60mins +- a second or so.

I have made a category called  pre recorded shows   (name of the presenter who recorded them )

I have made a style called  i write the songs    (name of show)

I have made a rule called frank and the style as above.

My problem is that when I try to make a clock it doesn't show any times ( see picture) lthough there are 4 one hour shows in

that category.  If I disable all styles I get the same result.

Any help gratefully received, I would add a category for each show but running out of the 32 provided!

Ok, first thing i would try is this:

Save the clock, and close it.

Tools Menu> Update Average Category lengths

Reopen the clock, and see if the time has been updated.

David,

I did as suggested and as you can see from the attached the clock now registers one hour.  I still cannot get it to schedule though.  I attach screenshots to double check I haven't missed something but not had this problem before.

Thanks for your help,

Hi,

You need to have ensured you set a search depth on the new category which I think from memory is in the station rules. Set it to 99 percent.

Sorry your original message didn't say it wasn't scheduling as well :-(

Go into the Station Rules and make sure you have a "search depth" set on the category. Whenever you add new categories, the search depth (how far i'm allowed to search thru the category before giving up looking) is left blank, as we don't know if you want to start using it straight away.

MATT - got there 19 seconds before me!
