I usually do double click the item in ad manager, but for some reason just tried to drop it into one of the 4 carts that come within ad manager and it does play the wrong carts....

You're welcome to login and take a look for yourself sometime if you wish, but I can assure you it is possible.
I've just done it again now to prove it to myself

running 3.5.17 of all p squared.

Paul,

we are not sure that you are actually able to do that! (i'm not allowed to on my desktop, with 3.5.17 Advert Manager).

We reccomend that you double click on the item in the list and press the play button in that window.

Can someone else try this please:
Open ALL ads in ad manager, drag one into any of the 4 cart players and se if it plays the ad OR plays the cart which has the same number BUT misses the first digit.
EG ad 113 plays cart 13.

latest version of ad manager too 3.5.17
