we have 3 studios on a network, running myriad latest full release, today someone noticed that the info they have been adding into the songs has disappeared from the notes section of the cart, it shows correctly in the text box in the log when the song comes around in the playlist, but if you open the cart its invisble !



we are going to check a few more carts to see how long this has been happeing, I think maybe since the new release of myriad...November time ?

anyone else noticed this too ?



I get people to add noted by edit cart details in MYRIAD, not in autotrak.

Hi Paul,

If you're using AutoTrack or any Myriad v3.0 software then this can do it becuase they store notes differently.

Can you try running the "Verify all carts are 3.5 compliant" tool menu option in Myriad v3.5 and see if this restores them to full health.

ive often looked at verify all carts, but never wanted to try it incase it screws something up !

I'll have a look next time I have 5 mins free.;-)
