I've changed a few link carts around, moved their locations etc, but when I use the update utility to update Autotrack from the Audiowall, it says completed, but when I then search, the database hasn't changed.

Am I missing something?

Thanks

Andy

Hi Andy,

You will need to go to the playout tab and hit the update info button to update the database tab in Myriad.

Andy,

The Audiowall Update utility only updates the information in the song / Link Cards with the current information on the carts (when coming from Myriad).

It will change the cart description etc, to match the information in AutoTrack (when pushing to Myriad).

If you are wanting to physically move carts, and keep them attached to the song/link cards, then you need to use the audio browser inside AutoTrack, to do the move / copy delete etc - this will keep the database in sync.

If you have added new audio onto the Audiowall that AT doesn't know about - you can run a report in the Audio Browser to look for any new items - by clicking on the down arrow next to the song or link icon, then choose advanced.

Once you have a list of new audio (Carts that are not already associated with a song or link card) you can then import the data into AT, by clicking on the half blue, half red circle icon.

As Phil has send, to then push all the current AT infor back into Myriads database Tab, you need the Update Info Button on the playout tab.

Hope this helps - Merry Festiveness :-)
