Hi Paul, Can you try fully windows Updating that pc and then uninstall and reinstall Myriad - we have seen that happen when there are updates for some Windows Components that haven't been installed yet. Also can you make sure that Windows Media Player is installed and available, and also check to make sure that when you install Myriad you are doing it as a System Administrator (right click on the installer and click run as admininstrator)
