Hi All,

Does anyone know whether the Autotrack Notes field should be the same one as the Myriad Notes for Presenters field?

For some reason, all our cart notes have disappeared, but Autotrack has them in the Notes field.

If you're using Myriad v3.5 then you will need to go into Myriad and on the Tools menu select the option to check that all carts are v3.5 compliant and that should then merge in the updated notes information from AutoTrack (AT pushes them into a .RTF file, but Myriad v3.5 needs them in a .txt file so the tool imports the rtf into a txt)
