Best thing to do is email support@psquared.net although they are closed for the festivities.

Whilst the forum is a usefull tool, I wouldn't view it as a support channel in the same way as the support email address.

When you click on a story in the left hand pane and the edit window appears on the right the audio cart no. is not there. You have to enter it yourself and then the speaker symbol becomes active. This has happened on two separate installs. We are using Scoop v3.0.18, on both XP and 2K. On our other edit workstation this function has always worked ok. Is there a setting I've missed?
