If you're lucky, you may be able to get away with a reinstall of Windows over the top of the current installation - this should replace any missing files. If you do a google for \"Load needed DLLs for kernel\" you will probably find some entries for doing an inplace reinstallation of Windows XP and 2000 - the XP instructions are roughly similar to what you would do for a Windows 2003 server, and 2000 for a 2000 Server.

The bad news is that equally though it could be that all the data on the array may have become scrambled, in which case the best thing to do is delete the array, recreate it, format and reinstall Windows then copy your data back on from your most recent backup.

Good luck :-)

A disk failed in our raid array, I removed it, replaced and left regenerating the image, and all seemed to be OK
I subsequently rebooted, and now get the message \"Load needed DLLs for kernel\"
Microsoft KB only has info for Dec alpha.
Can anyone help!!
