All sorted! Thanks. I uploaded from the keyboard, and the hotkeys were programmed only to the Num Lock number keys (which the Myr Keybrd hasn't got), so i re-programmed these to the normal 1-0 keys, and it's now fine (regardless of num lock being on/off)

Cheers for that, however the software doesn't recognise the keyboard for some reason.

Sticker on the bottom has \"Access Keyboards Ltd. Part No: AKE060301/4\" I notice the picture on your website has a full querty keyboard and ours doesn't.

I'll email you shortly with a download location. Unfortunately we can not place the software on the website due to copyright restrictions at the moment.

With regard to a getting a new key cap you'll need to contact sales@psquared.net.

Is this software available anywhere to download?

We don't have a copy of this at Radio Royal. Whilst I'm asking, is it possible to get a new see through cap for the \"start rec\" (might be stop) button. Ours is missing in studio B Sad

I'm sure you've tried this one, but is it not a simple case of Number Lock not being on? I know that our hotkeys don't work without NumLock on.

There should be an option somewhere to download from the keyboard. Right next to the option to upload new designs if I remember correctly.

We have got the software (ChangeMe) from Tipro, and there is nothing on the screen to say that the keyboard has been programmed, which it has.

After recently changing our main Myriad workstations around, we have lost the function of the pink 'Hot Keys' that fire the instant carts.

Any help to restore this function would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
