Hi all,

Sky have slightly changed the layout of stories on their website so Scoop Capture users will need to download the update Source Config files from the Scoop Support page - http://support.psquared.net/products/scoop/v3.0/default.htm

To use this, you will need to quit from Scoop Capture and replace the current INI file (usually in c:\\program files\\P Squared\\Scoop Capture v3) with the new one in side the downloaded zip file.

Then restart Scoop Capture and it will be able to correctly process the website again.

Cheers,

Since Sky changed their website we have noticed that sometimes Scoop Capture is unable to actually process the stories it has downloaded. This is becuase Sky have added some empty cells to the story template that you see on screen.

The symptoms are that Scoop will appear to run normally, and will ask the Web Surfer to download Stories for it, but they will not appear in the downloaded Stories list on the left of the Scoop Capture window.

Trying to close Scoop will then show a message that that you have to wait as Scoop is still processing Stories.

We have got a fix already written for this, and this will be included in the next release.
