Hi John,

This might be because the templates didn't get automatically copied across when scoop was first \"pointed\" at the myriad server.

If you have a look in the folder that scoop was installed into (usually c:\\program files\\p squared\\Scoop Edit v3) you should see a folder called htmldocs. Copy the contents of this folder into the \\\\knrserver\\myriad\\scoop v3\\htmldocs folder and you should then be able to print normally.

As a hint, you can modify the printstory.html file using an HTML editor to alter the way that your printouts look. Be carefull doing this though and make sure you keep a copy of the original just in case!

The bad news is that we don't have any documentation that covers editing the print templates (becuase it's such an advanced and complex topic!) so you will have to experiment to get the results you need Smile

If you have problems though, feel free to post the bits that don't work here and we'll see what we can do to help!

That would seem to indicate a problem with the installer. I'll take a look at it first thing on Monday.
Can you wait until then for the templates?

Hi John,

I've just emailed these direct to you, but I thought I would also post them here in case anyone else has the same problem Smile
