Hi

We are using Myriad v3 on Windows 7 across two machines. For some reason we are not able to drag and drop carts from the audio wall into cart players, the pad or the scheduled log in Studio 2 although the carts will play if you right click on any cart and select play cart.

Audio is stored in the same location for both machines. What am I missing please?

This could be related to your soundcard issues you reported earlier.
Try resetting all of your soundcard setup.

Tried resetting the sound card settings and still have the problem.

The audio is stored on a shared drive for both machines. If I double click a cart or right click and select play cart it will load into player 1 and play. I can't drag a cart into the scheduled log, a player or the pad.

The machine in Studio 2 has never had v4 on it so the issue isn't a conflict. Any advice on where I need to be looking next please?
