Does anyone know of any software that can utilise the BT cloud ?
EG: bring up our callers id on a screen ? possibly even the ability to answer the call on air ?

Hi Paul, 

the industry use PhoneBOX from Broadcast Bionics - this uses SIP tel lines, and can be routed though a standard sound card on your PC to your mixer (you will another for music on hold).

I am not aware of any open source equivalent.

You might want to try this posting in the Facebook Community Radio group?
