Hi, We run Autotrack V3.1.53 and Myriad 3.6.  We have a problem where some unwanted Song categories are showing up in Mryiad when they don't exist in Autotrack.  Some kind of problem where the databases aren't synching I guess?  Any idea?

Hi Henry,
As long as all of the details in Autotrack are correct you should be able to resolve this by opening Autotrack then clicking, Carts > Export Autotrack Catagory names to the Audiowall. this will force an update of the catagory names in Myriad. then once this is complete hit the "Playout" Tab then press the "Update Info" button, this should update all of the updated information from Autotrack to Myriad.
