Evening everyone

Can anyone please advise on which audio settings to select on a Terratec 7.1 Pcie card and which Myriad 4 audio settings to select please for the cart players to get it to work properly

I don't have one installed, and it's a while since I used one, but from what I remember you'll need to put the device itself into 6 or 8 channel mode, either through the Properties page of the device in the "Sound" section of Windows Control Panel, or through the device's own configuration program.

Most importantly, you will need to enable "SMX Mode" in Myriad Playout 4 for the virtual devices to be generated.  This is in Settings :: Audio Setup :: Audio Settings on the Cart Players tab.

If the device is put into 5.1 mode, there will be three SMX Virtual devices enabled, if in 7.1 mode there will be four.
