Hello Guys,

Have looked for this answer but failed myself. Question is - is it possible to stop myriad/AutoTrack from dropping items in myriad? Is it possible to get myriad to delete songs near the end instead of say at random times in the log?
Example
Song
Jingle
Song (dropped)
Jingle
Song (dropped)
Promo

Thanks for your help guys.

Hi Andy,

Yes there is. You can do it in Autotrack within the clock builder. Ensure you have column 'D' visible. Then for every song or item click on the 'Y' which appears in that column and it will vanish. This make the item non-droppable when pushed to the log.

You can also manually do it in the log by right clicking on the item and selecting 'log item opens' or something like that and you can click on the menu item which says something like 'this item is droppable'. This will then colour the timing of the item red and it will not be dropped but could be faded. You can also choose not the allow the item to be faded early if desired.
