Hi Guys, At the moment our community station has V4 installed but its one of the earlier releases, is it possible for us to upgrade to the newer release and if so then what sort of cost implication is there for us.

Upgrades are free within the version v4.x however if you're upgrading to a Pro version then you will have to contact PSquared for a quote.  Hope that helps.  

We've been running Myriad since v2.6, so therefore we had to pay for a v3 upgrade and again for a v4 upgrade but we're not on a subscription package, we usually go for the buy out option.

Thanks Shane, We were on an older version and moved to v4 and like you went for the buyout. Wasn't sure if you needed to be on a subscription package to get the updates.

Shane is correct, upgrades within your version number v2.xx / v3.xx / v4.xx are free and encouraged. When going from v3 to v4 (Major version number upgrades)that is a paid for upgrade and also upgrading some of the features of the product, such as AutoTrack Standard to AutoTrack Professional are available for a charge.
