Hi Craig, What version of Autotrack and Myriad are you running? Older versions of Myriad (v3.5 and earlier) used to write a certain flag to the database to say that a human had "ok'd" the settings, and older AutoTrack's used to "see" this and display the settings window if it hadn't been OKd by Myriad. We got rid of it MV3.6 and the most recent releases of AutoTrack. I'm not sure that it is the above, but it is my first thought.
