The scoop edit when trying to export audio fron incoming feed freezers so we have to restart the scoop edit software we are on version 3.12

any ideas would be great

Hi John,

Whats the exact sequence you are doing to export the audio?

Does it do it each time you do it, or only occasionally, and is there a pattern to the type/length of the files/cuts that cause it?

Can you also try upgrading to v3.0.15 (latest release) as this contains a fair few fixes that may have solved the problem already.

It happens when u take a piece from auto around 50 secs

it does it every now and again, anyway i will download v15 and try that
